Terms & Conditions

1. Kid Portrait Fan Club Sessions, are nontransferable, and for inmediate family use. You can participate in as many mini -sessions, at no cost of the mini-session fee that you like that are advertized until Nov 11, 2024.

2. Each Kid Portrait Fan Club Mini Sessions last between up to 10 mins long, and will vary according to how many individuals can be in an in-studio session at once. The max is 4, some sessions will be less. Occasionally outdoor locations will also be available. As a club member, there are no session fees for the mini-sessions.

Throughout your child's participation of mini-sessions throughout the year. 1 Digital image from each mini-session will be set aside for your child's custom calendar with the matching digital file with printing rights, share it online, create a digital card, or print as many times as you wish. Your photographer, still owns the copyright of the image, so special permission needs to be given if ever ending into magazines, or contests.

As a member, you will receive special pricing of specific packages if you like to purchase prints, calendars, etc compared to those you aren't in the club. No raw files will be sold.

3. Mini-sessions will be most often be held on Saturdays, some sessions will have 2 sets up at the same time. Mini-sessions will not always be hosted every month. Birthday mini-sessions will be held quarterly.

3. Cancellations/Rescheduling. In the extreme circumstance, that you have to cancel within 24 hours, Kid Portrait Fan Club members, might have the opportunity to fill in another time slot. There is limited availability when the sessions are advertised. No further make up sessions, will be given, but I will give lots of different choices throughout the year.

4. Client understands that the Kid Portrait Fan Club Sessions can last up to 10 mins long, depending on the type of session. The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the client in a manner enjoyed by all parties. Client, and Playtography agree that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential to that purpose. Shooting commences at the schedule start time.

5. A custom reel will be created by the photographer, and will include 7 images from a variety of sessions or 1 session. The photographer will choose photos as it needs to be formatted properly, if added words in per slide, and will verify spelling before ordering. Additional reels can be purchased. 1 complimentary retro viewfinder with the custom reel is included per Kids Portrait Fan Club.

6. Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event that all or some of the photographs fail to materialize or there is total photographic failure due to reasons beyond Playtography's control, the liability of Playtography will be limited to a credit of 10% of the initial costs will be refunded back per session of failure.

7. Social Media. The Client may share blog post links and Facebook photos through the use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. Client shall not copy, download, screen shot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion.

8. Modifications: If the client has a request for a small alteration of an image, such as lens glare, please let the photographer know before your image is downloaded. Minor changes such as tigher crop, or fix minor skin blemishes, can be fixed complimentary. More involved requests, such as lens glare, will be billed at $40/hr, and Christina Parker will discuss the cost of these changes before work will be done. Once the requested changes are made, charges will apply.

9. All images are copyright under the Federal law of Canada, under the Canadian Copyright Act. You are agreeing to this contract, to not copy, save or reproduce images in any way. This includes copying and saving images from the website, on line gallery, blog, Facebook, or any other form of advertisement.

10. Playtography retains the copyright on all images, and reserves the right to use the images for advertising, display, publications, or other purposes. Playtography will honor Client's rights. If Client does not want their photographs, or their minor displayed via social media, or for advertising purposes, Playtography will respect this right.
